| Remarks | This is the SECOND ONE I've seen in this direction. My desk is in front of my window and I just happen to look up at the right moment. The one I reported previously was a bit further East, but the same green color and fragmentation occurred. I know it's rare to see these at all, so I feel very lucky! |
