Reports Report 449hq (Event 449-2015)

Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I thought is was awful slow moving for a shooting star and it was sparkling bright white but small fragments. It seemed to streak from East to West almost straight up bright enough to catch my attention. I lost view of it after about 4 seconds as I approached Lem Turner road and hoped that when we turned North it would still be visible but it was not.

Remarks It looked like a white firework streaking pretty high in the sky and pieces were breaking off like a metal sparkler does I lost it beyond trees so did not see full path. It was definitely fragmenting but it wasn't huge. I was afraid the Russians were bombing us because of Obama and told my wife, oh no we're being bombed. I'm not 100% sure on location will confirm with my wife you can email me for follow up at rich@otownpc.com. I was in a car and didn't hear a sonic boom and no long streak it seemed a fair amount slower than most shooting stars.
