It was an iridescent green with sparkles or flashes of bright white in the middle. The whole event happened so fast and was over just as fast as it began. I'm going to guess the duration from beginning to end was less than 2 seconds. I was real lucky to get to see it. If I hadn't been looking that direction, I wouldn't have seen it. It wouldn't have been bright enough to catch my attention as I was driving.
