Remarks | I was driving home on a dark road and the full moon was beautiful. It was slightly right as I drove down trussville clay road. Suddenly, a huge ball of fire shot across the sky. Not like a shooting star, but a ball of fire with a tail. It seemed to extinguish as it got closer to The ground but it went below the tree line and I couldn't see it any longer. My husband is a pilot, so I'm always looking at the sky for planes, etc. I have never seen anything like this before. It was amazing and a little scary wondering if it would hit something on the ground. |
