It blows my mind that I was looking at the same spot that the object hit the atmosphere. I just needed to say that because I'm stunned.

The tail stayed high in the sky and bright for maybe 20,25 seconds after the object disappeared and then it faded.

We saw the flash before I saw the fireball. My boyfriend only saw the train because he turned around thinking a car was pulling up behind us because the flash was so bright. After the flash,the trail and object were obvious to me.
