Remarks | I've watched multiple meteor showers as a casual watcher (Perseid and Leonid). I've never seen anything this big or this close to the ground. I was expecting a large bang when it hit but it never happened. The firetail following it was the most interesting as well as how large the mass was. It was definitely falling almost straight down (to me a tad left to right but mostly headed directly downwards). Size wise, from my perspective, it looked like the size of a car headlight. The tail was a golden color (not orange) about 3-5 lengths of the actual ball |

Remarks | It was a glowing trail of what looked like spiraling fire. It was really the strangest thing I've seen as I was expecting fire shooting straight back from it. The ball looked like the size of a headlight falling and the trail was 4-5 lengths longer than that |
