It looked like it was very low, as if it were a firework but I knew that was impossible the way it was falling and from the height it was falling. I also wondered whether there was more going on behind me because the flashes seemed to be coming from above me and not to the left and above me. I honestly was bracing for some sort of impact in the center of town. I also witnessed this event on a hill. (You cannot tell from the map but my location is atop a hill overlooking the Fayette street area.

Multiple flashes almost like fireworks or lightning that cast a moon-like glow on all the buildings. It was very different from anything if ever experienced. Also accompanied by a weird crackling noise
