I was driving on I-84 at a speed of 65 mph when this happened. I looked in my rear view mirror when it was over to see if there were any cars behind me that may have also seen this and there were no headlights which indicated that there were no cars behind me.

it looked like lightning where the sky lights up to almost look like daylight

after the round moving object was below the decidious tree line I saw the area light up similar to when there is a storm that causes lightning after thunder. It was not a storm though.
