Meteor was just above the horizon with no sound. I did not observe the origin or the meteor but its final moments. The fragmentation occurred in central Bootes near Izar.

Remarks
I first observed the light from the flash reflecting off of my garage. I turned 180 degrees and witnessed a bright blue-white fireball breaking up into 4 or 5 fragments in Bootes near Izar. No fragments appeared to reach the ground.
