Remarks Meteor was just above the horizon with no sound. I did not observe the origin or the meteor but its final moments. The fragmentation occurred in central Bootes near Izar.

Remarks The flash appeared similar to lightening reflecting off of my garage. This effect is what caught my attention.

Remarks I first observed the light from the flash reflecting off of my garage. I turned 180 degrees and witnessed a bright blue-white fireball breaking up into 4 or 5 fragments in Bootes near Izar. No fragments appeared to reach the ground.
