Reports Report 2110u (Event 2110-2014)

Observer
Name Janet C
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I'm a military vet, I've seen meteors before, and what I saw was not a meteor. If it was, then that's the first time a meteor has never moved, floated in the air, flashed then vanished. Never seen anything like it before.

Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks It was just a ball of light 360 deg around. It wasn't moving. It was just still in the sky. Then it flashed so bright the whole sky lit up. No trail or tail from whatever it was. No trace of it at all. After the bright flash, I looked in the sky for anything, with help from the light of the full moon, and saw nothing. So weird.
Fragmentation
