Remarks	My friend and I were running a little after 5 on aug 28 when we saw a blue/green large full moon looking thing in the sky with a bright red burning ring Around it and completely surrounded by a swirling green smoke. It then shrunk and disappeared within 10 seconds leaving the green swirling "aurora" type smoke. It then completely disappeared. I can't find anything online about this. Any info on what it was would be great!
