Reports Report 1681a (Event 1681-2014)

Observer
Name Andrew B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks My initial thought was how giant it was. I have seen small shooting stars in the past and i would say they have all been the size of the surrounding stars but this thing was 10 to 15 times that of a normal star. I have no idea what it was but for sure was not anything in our atmosphere and was absolutely moving with a trail. It appeared out of nowhere and was gone within 1-3 seconds. I cant emphasize enough the enormity of this object and consequent explosion with trail. It was either extremely far away or maybe an object reentered our atmosphere and burned up on the way down.
