Remarks I felt lucky for what I perceived to be the closest I have ever been to a meteor in my entire life. The sonic boom was very cool. Why are they green sometimes?

Remarks ________One "boom" I estimate at least a couple of minutes after the sighting. Enough time for me to run inside the house and tell my girlfriend about the big green fireball I saw. Then the sonic boom occurred.
