It was simply an amazing experience and I feel lucky to have seen it! My friend and I were just sitting on a quiet bench looking at the water and there was another couple next to us and when it happened we all just turned to each other in amazement saying, "DID YOU SEE THAT? HOLY COW!! THAT WAS AMAZING!" We sat there for about another 30 minutes to see if anything else would happen but it didn't.

Remarks
Was sitting on a bench staring at the harbor in Fells Point in Baltimore and saw a super bright flash then a long yellow streak as the meteor started to arc downward from upper right to lower left.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
After the first flash, it started falling and getting dimmer then flashed again really bright and turned color to green and red. I'm not sure if it was fragmented but appeared that way due to it getting dimmer then flashing again.
