Remarks I was at a Backyard BBQ. Time is within a few moments based on text message i received shortlly after the sighting. the GPS Coordinates accurate to 3m of the ocation i was at are: 36.735028,-76.283192. It was a brief but enough for me to call to several others and point. Several people observed it after i pointed to the sky and they looked.
