At 54 I've seen three large 'fireballs' in my lifetime. I didn't see the full length, but this was the biggest, closest and widest most dramatic Fireball over my head that I've ever seen! Peace out!

Remarks
I saw this through a thin vail of cloud. It appeared as yellow then flashed and turned green and appeared to be at least three large pieces that were leaving a smoke trail, but I couldn't see the trail behind the cloud when the fireball light went out. We only saw the last 2-3 seconds overhead going I believe SSE.

Remarks
Yellow then a white flash morphed to green & split into three.
