Remarks | I am surprised there aren't more reports of this meteor. We have clear skies, the meteor was very bright, and it seemed like it lasted forever. This wasn't as bright as the December 27th fireball, but this one seemed to last longer. |

Remarks | I was watching it streak across the sky for a couple seconds before it flashed. It was very bright, and broke into three or four pieces immediately following the flash. The fragments continued for a second or two before fizzling out. |
