Remarks I was in a car driving southwest toward Abilene (about 5 miles northeast of Abilene on Hwy 351 when I spotted the object). I looked to my left (10 o"clock position) and saw the light blue fireball just above the horizon descending from left to right. It then disappeared below the horizon.
