Remarks | I was in a car looking out over the Essex River Basin at sunset. The windows were up so I do not know if there were any sounds. Also, I may not have heard them over my own stunned exclamations. It seemed very, very close. Right into the clouds hovering over the water, much closer to me than the horizon itself. The bright green head had twinkling star points coming out of it even as it seemed to move slowish like fireworks falling (but bigger). |
