Remarks | My husband and I both saw it. We were in our car heading west on I-70 and it was clearly visible through our front window. It was one of the most impressive we have ever witnessed. It was so bright & clear that at first we were afraid that it was a plane going down-in fact, we were listening for the sound of the crash and looking for a ground fireball from the explosion. When there was no sound, we realized that it was a meteor. |
