Reports Report 3434qe (Event 3434-2013)

Observer
Name Eric B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks We were traveling to the east on interstate 80 driving through Omaha when I noticed a bright flash across the sky. At first I thought a plane was going down but quickly realized it was a meteorite. It lasted approximately 5 seconds when it burnt out as a bright flash of white light. I do not know if any sound was associated with the explosion since we were in the car.
