Remarks I often see planes flying over as we are fairly close to Long Beach airport, but tonight I saw this fireball and a plane was flying over at the exact same time very close to the fireball. I first thought a piece of the plane had fallen off and was on fire! But the plane kept going so I knew it had to be something else - the people on that plane must have had an awesome view of this meteor or whatever it was!
