Remarks | I was in a car with my wife, driving south on Route 625, 40mph. coming home from a wedding. I did hear a meteor - back in 1964 passing over NJ. This lasted well over a minute and came from the south where the sun was setting. I was fishing at the time. It was a direct sound - not a delayed sound as a jet, but actual sound from the meteor. P.S.I worked at Bell Labs until 2001. I am retired. Not a nut job!!! |
