Remarks | It was an intense experience. I have seen many shooting stars and this was similar with the exception it was huge and felt like it was literally in my lap. It was brief, bright, and brilliant and it appeared hot. It seemed so close to my location and low in the sky that I literally thought it would impact the earth within 5 miles of my location. I am still shocked to know it was a few hundred miles south in Indiana. |
