At first I thought a plane was coming through that might have been on fire because of the chunks that came off of the object, and how it was flying directly parallel to the ground and seemed to be going low in the sky as if going over the city. But then the tail was very prominent and it carried on going from west to east directly towards the mountains to the left of me. We watched it while it went completely out of sight. We did take a video. You can see during the video it will actually get brighter and appear to go faster. I reached out to ABC channel 7 right away to see if they had had any other sightings and they reached out to NASA.
