Remarks | This ball of light was moving very slowly. We watched it for several seconds while at a red light, then had to keep driving. Like I said, it was moving pretty slow. From our perspective, we watched it inch from just above the power lines to beneath them while at the stop light. It looked like it was pretty far away. |
