Remarks | This was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. I am certain of the time because I immediately texted a friend who was behind me in another car. My husband was driving and didn't see it. I noticed something bright to my right as we were driving south on the Purchase Parkway. I bent slightly forward and looked up. My first thought was that it was a so low in the sky. My second thought was that it was on fire and if it hit something it would catch on fire too. At the time, I thought it was very low and it would hit in the farm field to my left. After thinking about it, I'm not sure if it was that low or if in my excitement I just thought it was. I wanted to go back and look because it was still daylight but didn't. I guess I still just didn't know quite what to think. |
