Remarks At 8:00 PM the sun had not completely settle yet and clouds were still visible. The meteor was as bright as the sun, glowing light blue/yellow and lasting a brief 3-4 seconds until it disappeared in the clouds. I have never seen a meteor this bright and at this time of the day here in north Mississippi.
