Reports Report 1124b (Event 1124-2013)

Observer
Name charles S
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks explained what i saw best i could on the last page under "Please describe the details of the flash and/or fragmentation you saw." again> Was looking straight ahead 0 degrees when i caught it in the upper peripheral sight. i focused on it very quickly,(it was only up a little and barely to my right maybe 10-20 degrees on a horizontal axis) it streaked from right to left just below 45degrees vertical. Looked to be a yellow streak that ended quickly with a red flash. If i had to guess the streak would have been 3-6inches at an arm’s length; from my position. I believe i saw the entire streak but could have missed some of it due to not looking up enough hope that helps.
