Reports Report 1023a (Event 1023-2013)

Observer
Name Travis E
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was flying a Jet, climbing through 10 or 15 thousand feet, when the meteor came from about 45 degrees above us. It was a very bright, yellow ball with a short tail, streaking towards us and went under us. Me and the co-pilot both saw it, and was amazed at how fast it was going and how close it was to us. So close that we were glad it didn't hit us!
