Reports Report 103cz (Event 103-2013)

Observer
Name Shelly L
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I did not hear no sounds (if there was any) because I was in my pickup truck driving (headed to work) with the radio on. I feel fortunate to have seen this. It was beautiful and unique. I have seen only a couple meteorite showers and I love to see falling starts but this was so much bigger :) My husband is a logger and he was logging 2 1/2 hours from Prineville. He was in Seneca, Oregon and he said he was in the trees and seen a flash (he said it reminded him of a lightning flash) in the sky through the trees from his machine he was operating. So cool for us to be far apart but seen the same flash.
