We see shooting stars frequently in our backyard and I guess meteors?? But we have seen nothing quite like this before. The flash was very bright and lit up our pool deck and then just dissapeared.

it birghtly flashed and then seemed to dissapear or explode. I did not see any fragments. It was just gone. We did see the light on our pool deck when it flashed.
