Remarks This was my first ever daylight meteor sighting, unfortunately, it was between two structures across the street from my home. There were billowy clouds about ten miles distant, and the object seemed about half way between the clouds, and my view point. There was little to no smoke, more like a large area of fairly bright green gas slightly in front of, expanding outward, and forming a long tail. I say there was little smoke because the trail was nearly transparent, with a relatively small mass near the front. I think it could have been closer than it appeared, because I could see so much detail. Though this was a strangely beautiful sighting, I was unprepared for the color, daylight, and transparent aspects of the sighting. I was on my cell at the time, is it finally beginning to alter my brain? I would love to receive any info about what ever I may have seen.
