Remarks I would guess that fragments fell somewhere between Waynesburg and Somerset. It was the closest I have ever seen one and is hard to guess exactly how far away it was, but I am ex-Navy and have seen my share of the night sky and of falling projectiles.

Remarks I was driving with the radio on, so I didn\'t hear anything. I did ask my wife when I got home, but she was asleep and didn\'t hear anything either... I have posted on Facebook about it and have asked if anyone else saw or heard it.

Remarks Glowing train of several fragments after explosion for several seconds... Did not notice or look for a smoke trail, it was very clear last night though.

Remarks saw a steeply falling meteorite with a red train that I observed for several seconds, then as it hit the lower atmosphere it exploded into a cone-shaped bright white fragmentation almost like a firework except falling.
