I was driving when I saw this and spotted it while looking out my driver's side window while merging onto highway 31 north off of exit 266 on I-65 north. I've tried to provide as accurate info as I can recall but I was in a moving vehicle so it's all best guess based on seconds of visibility before I lost sight of it.
