Remarks | I\'m not sure what I saw. It was dark, drizzly and very slightly foggy. I might best describe it as such: If a very tall building were several blocks or a mile away and the top of the building were on fire - it might look like what I saw. I really expected to see it come to earth, but it didn\'t. It seemed to travel southward, along a path/trajectory that an airliner might take. It was a large fireball type thing initially, but the tail was not long and skinny the way I think a meteor might look. I saw it as I was driving South, and after I first saw it I continued a block or so south and turned west to be out of any traffic that might come along - at which point it appeared to be west of my position and slightly south. |
