Remarks I lived alongside a main road so I could only hear traffic, if I had of heard any noise I would of assumed it was a firework

Remarks I first thought it was a huge firework, then I thought it was a plane on fire so got out of my bed to inspect it further from my bedroom window & seen a few others but far out in the distance . This one was very bright & seemed very close .. Shooting upward, it was a huge ball followed by a trail of sparks literally looked like a fireball .. Wasn\'t to the next morning when I heard it on the news that there had been sightings & it was actually a meteor shower that I knew what it was ! They said to report all sightings so here I am
