Remarks This was very unusual sight. I have often seen meteorites, sometimes large ones with tales, but the fall has always happened very fast. This one appeared first in the east as a huge very bright object over our house (we live in the middle of bogland, there are no neighbouring houses or lights). We were just driving home. When we reached the house the fire ball was breaking into several pieces. Then these, at least ten fireballs, travelled passing us by, appearing low and flying in a row, the first being the largest. Everyone had a burning orange tale. They travelled across the sky, east to west and it took a long time, over a minute. i have never seen more beautiful sight or anything resembling this.
