Reports Report 4340e (Event 4340-2018)

Observer
Name John P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks My neighbor and I observed this together. The anomaly had an odd slow speed to it. The angle of the decent was very minimal. I thought it was a crashing plane at first as it wasn't heading sharply towards the ground.
