We didn't see the start of the meteor. We observed the meteor from a moving car on a well lit city street. I am 80% confident in the brightness rating. We normally observe meteor showers from a dark sky location not the city.

Remarks
The meteor broke into two pieces. Each piece glowed a bright green that was the same shade as the original piece and then appeared to "burn out" above the horizon.
