Remarks | I've seen thousands of meteors over the years, and some bright, some lasted many seconds, etc., but this one was unusual, with the very green color, the large, teardrop shape, the pieces streaming off it, and especially that extremely bright initial flash. |

Remarks | It caught my eye when there was a very bright flash. I looked in it's direction and it was still a very bright meteor but that initial flash out the corner of my eye was very bright. The meteor was the widest I've ever seen- teardrop shaped and looked like small pieces were streaming off it. |
