It's an incredible experience to see an object from above hurtling through the atmosphere. This is the second fireball meteor (the first one was much larger and I heard a related "boom" noise with it) I've seen in the past couple of years in the area where I live.

as it zoomed across the sky it broke into two pieces - the front piece larger - the second piece smaller - the front piece glowed brighter for a second or two - the second piece started phasing out - it was really cool

same as above and....as soon as it fragmented then as it continued zipping across the sky it appeared to possibly go out over the proximity of the Smithville Lake area - hard to tell for sure thought because of the speed and distance.
