Remarks | Fireball seemed HUGE. Have read that scientists estimate it at two inches, that is hard to believe - but if it was Nasa, well ok fine. We saw it break up into pieces in the field of vision just over our roof line. If it was only two inches, how could the pieces be so visible. It seemed to move slowly across the sky, enough that we had to turn our heads to follow it. I remember thinking, let\'s get in the car and see if we can find the pieces! Looks can be deceiving, and it looked as though it broke up in the sky just over Shumway or Taylor. |

Remarks | Definitely glowing, and it was one consistent color until it the meteor blew up in the field of vision just past our roof line. My husband remembers seeing red, but I remember seeing a lot of blue or blue/green with orange. It was beautiful. |
