Remarks The meteor was slower moving than all others I have seen. I was looking up because I had noticed a few minutes earlier what I thought was another very persistent trail that must have been observable for 5 minutes. I did not see what made that trail but it happened too fast to be a plane and went from horizon to horizon and was perfectly straight and all the same width. Both of those observations and the fact that I didn\'t see it several minutes before let me to believe it wasn\'t a plane contrail. Both meteors were travelling in approximately the same direction heading NNE. I could see what appeared to be the nucleus of the comment with whitish blue glow. It took about 5-10 seconds to cross from nearly horizon to horizon
