Remarks | Viewed from Alicia parkway exit on 405 freeway while driving south at 12:45 PM Saturday, February 24. Intensely bright with a medium / short tail, centered in the windshield while driving directly southeast. It appears to be above San Diego or Tijuana, moving from upper right to lower left starting at about 30° above the horizon very brief, in broad daylight as bright as a welder’s torch. |
