I thought it was weird to see lightening in the middle of winter. My girlfriend was in the car with me and also so this flash of light in the night sky it was somewhere between 8-810 pm

i didn't actually see the fireball but I saw what looked like lightening on my way home. Then read about what it was in the news. I was in Muskegon Mi if that helps with any scientific data
