Remarks The positioning information I filled in to move through the survey. Ie didn’t actually see the object. I was travelling southbound on HWY 101 and the flash was behind clouds. The sky lite up like sheet lightening in the southern sky, except it had a distinctly blue green hue vs white with lightening
