Reports Report 5538gt (Event 5538-2017)

Observer
Name Phil M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks This was clearly no firework due to the length of the burning tail behind it and the angle it was flying through the sky neither a Chinese lantern in strong winds. I've seen many shooting stars on clear nights and this was much bigger clearly burning and I'd say slower than a shooting star. Looked exactly the same as the images on Google. My angles given are guesses and could be out considerably but hopefully will help if others have seen something in the night sky.
