Reports Report 5450li (Event 5450-2017)

Observer
Name August S
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Firsts thought that came to mind was a flare, but it was yellow not red. Wondered what it was, assumed it would be a mystery. But then I caught the end of a blurb on WAMC public radio out of Albany NY that mentioned this site and reporting the sighting. Thanks.
