Observation Yes
Remarks Just before the fireball disappeared, it split into two approximately same sized beads, one behind the other. There may have been a small fragment between them. It was a fraction of a second between the split and disappearance. Just before the split, there was a red fringe above and below the white to faint yellow main streak.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks As stated above, just before it went out, the head of the meteor split into two roughly same-sized beads, one trailing the other by about two bead diameters. A smaller fragment was briefly between the beads, then they all disappeared.
